How many square feet does your service cover?
Our one-time artificial turf cleaning service covers up to 400 square feet of turf. We can accommodate larger yards at $1 per additional square foot after the initial 400 square feet.
Do you offer any discounts?
At CleanTurf, we appreciate customer loyalty. For this reason, we offer 10 percent off our bi-annual service, 20 percent off our quarterly service, 30 percent off our bi-monthly service, and 40 percent off our monthly service!
How often should I use your service?
Every customer’s turf cleaning needs are different, so there’s no universally correct answer. That being said, we’ve found that most homes with one dog require turf cleaning at least four times per year. We recommend our monthly service for homes with multiple dogs. In most cases, new customers start using our services quarterly and adjust according to their needs.
What if we’re dissatisfied with the service?
We want nothing more than 100 percent customer satisfaction with our turf cleaning services. For this reason, we offer a 14-day guarantee to give all our customers the peace of mind they deserve. During this time, you’ll have the opportunity to find out just how often you’ll need our artificial grass cleaning services and find the subscription plan that works best for you!
How do we know how many square feet we have?
Our service is charged by the square foot, so we can take the liberty of measuring your lawn. As part of our synthetic grass cleaning service, we will do the math before beginning services and give you an honest, transparent estimate.
What does your service include?
All of our turf cleaning services include a turf bacteria removal treatment, odor-eliminating infill, powerbrooming, and a 14-day guarantee.
Does someone need to be home for the service?
We’d prefer if someone were home for the first turf cleaning service to introduce ourselves and answer any questions. However, once you sign up for our regular services, you won’t need to be home for each turf cleaning, and you can even set up your preferences with us.
Do I need to wait to use our artificial grass after cleaning?
Our technicians and turf cleaning products work hard, so you don’t have to! After the service is complete, feel free to go out and enjoy your freshly-cleaned artificial grass lawn. Our products are non-toxic, meaning that you and your family will be safe at all times.
